The conditions mentioned below are applicable for grant of Scholarships offered by foreign Governments through Ministry of Human Resourses Development,New Delhi: –a–) The application should be submitted in English only. –b–)Applications in subject fields other than those special in the advertisement are not considered. –c–) Without essential qualification candidates do not apply. –d–) Incomplete applications and applications received late after the stipulated date are not considered & no correspondance is entertained. –e–) Candidates are advised to send only attested copies of the certificates, as the document submitted along with application are not returned back. –f–) A candidate should apply for only one subject only. –g–) The final selection of candidates rests with the Donor Government concerned. –h—) The candidates doesnot qualify for interview after fulfillment of minimum require merit as laid down in advertisement. The interview letters are sent only to a limited candidates after their applications are examined by a committee of experts. –i–) The application must be accompained by attested copies of all the certificates regarding age,diplomas,degree.Marks Sheet in respect of all the examinations passed along with experience certificate of employment & one copy of recently taken pass port size photograph with signature. –j–)Equivalent foreign degree & diplomas are acceptable. –k–) Candidates who have already been abroad for studies/training/specialisation either on scholarships or on their own,for a period exceeding six months are eligible to apply,if, they have been in India for at least two consecutive years after returning from abroad. –l–) Candidates who are abroad will, if called for interview,have no travel at their at their own expense a Bond of Surety,to return to India immediately on completion of study along with other conditions including stay in India for two years. –m–) If the candidates are qualifying for universities,institutions which do not give class or division,requirement in lie of first class would be 60% marks. –n–) The employed candidates must apply thourgh their employees.Candidates of All India services should apply through thier care controlling Authority with a N.O.C. –o–)While indication the period of experience and stay abroad, candidates should mention the specific dates. –p–) Candidates are expected to have some knowledge of India and of the donor country. –q–) Canvassing in any form will disqualify a candidate. –r–) Selection commitee’s decision will be final and no representation in this regard will be entertained. –s–) Studies in Egyptia Universities are in Arabic Language.
